Return and Refund Policy

All sales from Buyastone, Inc. are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, made-to-order, engraved, resized, altered, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Payments and deposits for these items are nonrefundable because design work, material sourcing, and production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, specifications, measurements, stone selections, metals, engraving, sizing, and other details before production begins. Approval of a design or specification authorizes Buyastone, Inc. to proceed with production.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear and other non-custom items are also final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on changes of mind, personal preference, fit, or sizing.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. Requested changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges or a revised completion date. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from the item ordered, contact us through our contact page within three calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials. Do not ship an item back unless Buyastone, Inc. has provided written authorization and return instructions.

After evaluating an approved claim, Buyastone, Inc. may provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair or replacement. A refund will be provided only when required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Buyastone, Inc.

Damage caused by normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper care, unauthorized repair or alteration, loss, theft, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claims

Any guarantee or warranty described on our website is separate from this Return and Refund Policy. An eligible warranty claim does not create a right to return an item or receive a refund. Warranty remedies may be limited to inspection, repair, or replacement under the applicable warranty terms.

Shipping and Unauthorized Returns

Original shipping, delivery, insurance, and related charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Buyastone, Inc. is not responsible for items returned without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If applicable law requires a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy, Buyastone, Inc. will comply with that requirement.
